Mind Matters Workshop Series

The Counseling Center hosts a “Mind Matters” workshop throughout the academic year. Every workshop focuses on a different topic that students may face or struggle with during their college experience, such as poor sleep, academic anxiety, healthy relationship boundaries, and depression. Each workshop is 1 hour in length and there are options for in-person and zoom. Follow the link for more information about dates and topics. These workshops are available for Greek Points.
